Spaghetti Sauce
Eggs, hard boiled eggs - great snack, filling
Skim Milk
Hersey's Syrup, that's my dessert!, they make a lower sugar kind
Kashi, Fiber One (the caramel and oats!) or Nature's Valley Granola Bars
All Natural peanut butter
Honey
Olive oil
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Bottled water - but please RECYCLE!
Publix fat free yogurt
Rachel's Wickedly Delicious Yogurt
Cracker Barrel 2% cheese sticks, I live on these!
Reduced fat feta
Laughing cow cheese
Swiss Cheese slices
Prosciutto
Green Giant Frozen Veggies, I love the Healthy Vision, etc medleys-great lunch!
